When will my order ship?

We know you’re excited — we are too! Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your products head your way.

We’re science-centered and trauma-informed — which means we care about more than just ingredients. We care about how the beauty industry has affected you. Every formula is designed for the full melanin spectrum, those with pigmentation disorders and skin conditions, blending lived experience results with cultural understanding and care.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days. We’re a small team packing each order with love, so we appreciate your patience as your glow makes its way home.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, we’re shipping across the U.S. and can’t wait to expand worldwide soon.

What if my package arrives damaged or missing something?

Oh no! We got you. Please email support@youthdealer.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because Youth Dealer skincare is considered personal-use, we don’t accept returns once opened. But if you’re not in love with your purchase, please reach out — we’ll find a solution together.

Is Youth Dealer safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Every formula is cruelty-free, gluten-free, esthetician and dermatologist-supported — made to repair the skin barrier, not break it down.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Yes! All Youth Dealer products are cruelty-free and made with vegan, ethically sourced ingredients. We believe in skincare that heals, not harms.

Can I use these products with my current routine?

Yes, and if you’re unsure where to start, we offer Virtual Skin Consultations with Brandi herself. You’ll get a full skin analysis, product audit, and custom regimen tailored just for you.
